Blockchain Risks

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Aether of Life and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether of Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. However, NFTs stored in your personal wallet will remain yours as they are on the blockchain.

Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-game notifications.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution
